Very often, people will come from fear when looking at situations. Questions arise such as "What if (the next move, relationship, job, etc.) is worse than where I am now?" So, they stay where they are! "What if this ~ or that ~ happens?" What if ~ I'm not good enough? Woman enough? Man enough? Intelligent enough? Capable?"
Questions such as the above keep us stagnant and not in celebration of life! We're afraid to move on! We're afraid to complete ~ and sometimes even begin ~ things for fear of not being enough! What if you are? Then what? What if you are capable? What if you have everything it takes to succeed? What if?
I created this eJourney Book when I began asking myself questions such as ~ What if whatever happens to me, is not about me? What if my previous perceptions were inaccurate? What if the stories I tell myself are not true? What if I choose to be happy, rather than right?
What I found is that, when I take the time to be with these questions and write out the responses, change happens.
For instance, what if the stories I tell myself are not true? How would my life be different?
One way I'd be different is ~
I wouldn't be so afraid so often
I'd feel up to doing more
I'd realize how often I lie to myself
Now, with those responses which come up from the subconscious, I could look at each answer and say..
One thing I'm afraid of is....
One thing I could do more of is...
One thing I lie to myself about is...
Then allow the subconscious to come up with the responses to those!
For instance... One thing I lie to myself about is...
I have more time to do what I want to do than I actually do
I'm not capable
I'm not worthy (of, whatever it is I say I want)
I'm not good enough...
Can you see how just one question can spur you to really go deep and find out why you're not being, doing and having exactly what you want?
A Shero's work is doing what it takes! Are you ready? If so, this Journey book is for you!
Begin now doing more of what YOU want to do, be and have!
Includes over 160 questions with plenty of space to write your inspriational responses.
Injoy and Enjoy,
