                Hooping has shown to burn approximately 400-600 calories per hour! What else can you do this fun and burn that many calories?

Benefit 2: Sculpts Thighs, Buttocks and Arms

                 Hooping works your core muscles as well as thighs and buttocks. Off-the-body hooping tones arms, abs, and lats. As you learn to do more "tricks", you'll find your body shape enhanced while having fun playing with a silly circular object!

Benefit 3: Boosts Cardiovascular Endurance

                 It doesn't look like it but it takes a lot of stamina to keep that hoop moving which is why you'll see performances lasting from only 3-5 minutes. Your heart rate will increase as well as your lung function.

Benefit 4: Improves Hand/Eye Coordination and for Some, Vision!
