I'm considering beginning a group here to motivate folk into more movement and fitness.
What that means is, I'll be making videos and posting them to the group on movements one can do with and without equipment. For me, I don't enjoy going to a gym and I DO enjoy playing whenever I want. I enjoy changing it up and thoroughly working my body almost every day. In the spirit of authenticity, I'm one who would "like" to be 100 percent raw and who would "like" to workout/train/play ever day yet, so far, neither is happening YET, I allow myself to move towards both, more and more. Whether I'll ever be 100% raw? *shrugs* I dunno. Maybe, maybe not yet, worrying about it is more tiresome than enjoying my food, my companions, my life.
I, and hopefully other members, will be putting up easy-to-do recipes to support our fitness.
I'll be recommending books that I think are powerful for mental, emotional and physical fitness.

Please, let me know what you feel might be relevant to a group such as I'm contemplating.
