Creamy Fresh Tomato Soup 2 Years, 1 Month ago  
4 large vine ripe tomatoes
4 fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic (optional)
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 to 1 large ripe avocado

Toppings:

Cashew cream
slivered carrots
chopped chives

Blend all ingredients in a food processor or heavy-duty blender. Add warm water if necessary to get desired consistency and warmth. Add toppings if so desired.
