Since figs are so available now ~

3/4 C. figs
1/2 C. raw almonds, unsoaked
1/4 C. raw walnuts, unsoaked
1/2 C. mixed fresh berries (your choice)

If the figs are dry, soak them for 10 minutes, and train. Trim off the stems (fresh or dried figs). Place almonds and walnuts in a food processor and with the S blad, process until coarsely choped. Add the figs and process until the mixture sticks together. Transfer to a serving plate and form into a 5-inch round cake. Chill for 2 hours. Decorate the cake and plate with fresh berries before serving if desires. Cover and store in fridge for up to three days in the fridge; 2 weeks in the freezer. Bring to room temperature before serving.

I got this from ~
