Veggie soup in 2 minutes 1 Year, 9 Months ago

The other night I was looking at "what for dinner"
There were some leeks, garlic and celery sticks in the fridge. And I didn't want to use much time making food - something I normally have NO problem with.
So I took some warm water and poured it into the VitaMix.
added some veggie bouillon, a clove of garlic, cut a leek and one celery stick added that too. One teaspoon of Nama Shoyu. Ran the VitaMix for less than a minute and hey dinner's served.
It would have been nice to have a couple of carrots and some white aspargus to smooth the taste, but awesome on it's own.
Bon appetit

Those are the kind of meals I like Beau, quick and easy. My new fav is chia tapioca pudding. I just throw a cup of cashews, 1/4 of chia, 3 cups water, and some vanilla and almond extract in the blender and voila!
Ooops, forgot to mention the agave.

Don't have the extracts on hand, then just add cacao and make chocolate pudding. Add a little frozen banana, and you got soft serve.
