3 Large Red Bell Peppers sliced and seeded
Meat of 3 Coconuts
Coconut Water from One Coconut
Sea Salt to Taste

Puree the bell peppers in a food processor or high-speed blender for more fluid. Strain and discard the pepper meat. Process the juice, coconut meat and water with the "S" blade until all are finely blended. Add salt to taste.

Rosanne that just sounds so good! After I am done fasting, this is one recipe I'd really like to make.
