I just picked up this book by Tal Ronnen. Its vegan. Beautiful photos with each recipe. Lots of good explanations and tips. I've just made the cashew cream from which I am going to make some cheese using probiotic capsules. Will let you know how it turns out.

O.k., I want this! Hmmm. Maybe not. Did you see the video on Amazon for the "chicken" scaloppini???? I cringed when he put the sprouts in the pan. lol Personally, not big on products but it sure LOOKS good!

Personally, I think this a GREAT book if someone is looking to get off meat and dairy which are major causes of disease.

You won't be sorry. A lot of the recipes are raw and he features a couple of raw chefs and their recipes.
