Taiji Qigong is slow, mindful movement that fully works the whole body. You do it and adjust it to your current capabilities which will improve the more you do it! This is a standing form so you do not need a lot of space. It can be done in a very small space w/out having to move furniture or, go outside. (Ask me about a personal healing while doing qigong in a group.)
